TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated 3M division. This dedicated lane will have you running over the road to various customer locations throughout IL, PA, IA, TX and other locations as needed. You will be home weekly, averaging 5,000 - 6,000 miles per week. This is a team position and requires hazmat.

- Mileage pay: $0.35 - $0.41 per mile
- Pay increases at 1 and 2 years on account
- Averages 6,000 miles per week
- Weekly home time
- 99% no touch freight
- Paid two-day orientation. We pay $250 per day plus we pay for transportation, hotel room and 3 meals per day!
Bonuses:
- $500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid in full on second paycheck
- Referral bonus program – up to $3,000 for each qualified driver referred

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable teams experience in the last 3 years
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Must be comfortable with both day and night driving
- Valid CDL-A
- DOT qualified
- Must pass a comprehensive drug test
- Satisfactory safety and employment history
